Over the years, Dale has expanded its technology to include the majority of equipment used by plant bakeries.

Continuing this drive to offer complete, outstanding quality solutions to the industry, Dale recently introduced the forced convection travelling oven and swing tray box type prover to it’s already extensive range of equipment.

Dale’s extensive investment in design and manufacturing capability have been made to meet the market demand for final prover’s and ovens, both in SA and international markets.

Dale’s ovens are of modular design, allowing a wide range of capacity options, plus extension in the future to allow for growth in the bakery. Ovens can be gas, oil, or paraffin fuelled, other fuels can be accommodated at the design stage. Our ovens are direct fired for fuel efficiency.

Dale can supply ovens in flat pack form for container shipping or for tight access conditions or preferably fully assembled modules are transported to site that simply bolt together to reduce down time during installation.

Oven loader or unloader options are available on request or alternatively the oven can be purchased as a standalone piece of equipment.

Weishaupt or Maxon burners are preferred by Dale, however should the customer prefer an alternative burner, Dale will try where possible to accommodate their request.
